Celebrations in Bengkulu was first implemented by Sheikh Burhanuddin Senggolo known as Imam in 1685. Sheikh Burhanuddin (Imam Senggolo) Married women Bengkulu then their children, their grandchildren and their descendants called Tabot family. ceremony was conducted from 1 to 10 Muharram (Islamic calendar is based) every year.</div>
